1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products & Services
We sell fresh, hygienically processed Chicken, Mutton, Fish & Seafood.
All images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Actual product cuts, weight, and packaging may vary slightly.
We reserve the right to discontinue or change products without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed only after we acknowledge receipt and availability.
Farm Fresh reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or fraudulent activity.
Special requests (such as cut type or cleaning preferences) will be honored on a best-effort basis.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices listed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment options include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Farm Fresh reserves the right to update prices and promotions at any time without notice.
5. Delivery & Timelines
Orders are delivered within 90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on location and demand.
Delivery slots are subject to availability and serviceable areas.
Farm Fresh will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.).
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not guaranteed.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the product is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
7. User Responsibilities
By using Farm Fresh, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete delivery details.
Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
Not misuse the platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Farm Fresh ensures the highest standards of hygiene and quality but is not responsible for improper storage, handling, or cooking of products once delivered.
Farm Fresh shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and materials on Farm Fresh are intellectual property of Farm Fresh and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur-UP.
