We follow a strict cold-chain process from our facility to your doorstep, maintaining the ideal temperature at every stage.
Delivery Timings
We currently deliver within Kanpur city limits.
Orders placed before 7 PM are delivered same day (subject to availability).
Morning orders may reach you within 60–120 minutes, depending on your location.
Packaging & Handling
All products are vacuum-packed in food-grade, leak-proof packaging.
Processed and packed in FSSAI, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000-certified facilities to maintain the highest hygiene and freshness.
Temperature-controlled vehicles ensure your meat and seafood stay fresh till delivery.
As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once delivered.
However, if there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help!
You’re eligible for a refund or replacement if:
You received the wrong item,
The product was damaged, spoiled, or missing,
You report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
