Refund and Returns Policy

At Farm Fresh, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality meat & seafood straight to your doorstep. Since our products are perishable, we maintain strict standards of hygiene and quality throughout the process.

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully.
However, if there is an issue with the product, we will review and resolve it promptly.


2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality at the time of delivery.

  • You received an incomplete order (missing items).

โš ๏ธ Note: Slight variations in weight, cut, or color do not qualify for a refund or replacement.


3. Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Clear photo or video of the product showing the issue

Our team will verify the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on our inspection.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

  • Once your order is prepared and out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5โ€“7 business days to the original payment method.


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7โ€“10 business days after approval.

  • The credited amount may vary based on your payment providerโ€™s processing time.


6. Incorrect Payment or Double Transaction

If a payment fails or you are charged twice for the same order, please contact us with your transaction reference ID.
We will verify the issue and initiate a full refund for the duplicate payment.
