1. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered successfully.
However, if there is an issue with the product, we will review and resolve it promptly.
2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a replacement or refund only in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged, spoiled, or of poor quality at the time of delivery.
You received an incomplete order (missing items).

3. Reporting an Issue

4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once your order is prepared and out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5โ7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7โ10 business days after approval.
The credited amount may vary based on your payment providerโs processing time.
6. Incorrect Payment or Double Transaction
If a payment fails or you are charged twice for the same order, please contact us with your transaction reference ID.
We will verify the issue and initiate a full refund for the duplicate payment.
